# JSONBee

## What it does

- Opens JSON documents and JSON Lines / NDJSON files (each line becomes a row). Files with trailing commas open too.
- Builds a dashboard with no configuration: a header, KPI cards in real units (₹, $, €, KB, MB, tokens, kWh, %, °C), sortable tables with drill-down into nested arrays, and charts picked from the data.
- Searches every value at any depth, with facets, numeric ranges, date filters and cross-filtering from charts.
- Finds problems automatically: totals that don't match their rows, duplicate records, outliers, gaps in time series, round-number caps, concentration and empty fields. Every finding lists the JSONPaths of the values behind it.
- Shows a raw tree with "copy JSONPath" on every value.
- Compares several files with the same structure side by side (folder mode), stacked into one dataset with a source column.
- Exports table and chart data as CSV, charts as PNG, and insights as a Markdown report.
- Coming soon: optional AI. "Ask the data" will turn a question into a query that is computed in the browser on the full file, and AI insights will add an interpretation and recommendations.

## Privacy

Files are parsed and analysed in the browser and are never uploaded. JSONBee doesn't send the user's data to any server.
